Mississippian Chappel Reefs
Located in the Fort Worth Basin, the Chappel Reefs have long been a desired target of explorationists. Their high recoveries, slow declines, and fast payout have drawn many to seek out this Mississippian target.
We are proposing to drill a well into a known reef that had previous production. Our calculations indicate 150,000 bbls of recoverable oil.
Our seismic also indicates a virgin reef is likely present on our lease. This is another drilling prospect that we can consider later with our investment partners. This reef is estimated to contain over 240,000 bbls of recoverable oil.
Vertical Frac
IFDS seeks to test a recently acquired well in a potentially prolific new resource play in north Texas. The well is currently producing and is connected to a saltwater disposal well and a gas gathering system.
As a test well, IFDS is offering the opportunity for a savvy investor to partner with us, not only in the testing of this well but in the full development of the play.
Successful results in this well would allow opportunity to access additional acreage at a fraction of the cost of other productive basins and the ability to provide superior, tax advantaged returns to investors.
Investment will be structured to provide a viable exit strategy following pay-out and right of first refusal to reinvest in additional opportunities.
